A great movie that few people know about.
This is an outstanding film. I was struck by the wonderful handheld shots and the way the story was told from the lead character's point of view, which is central to the movie's success. She wonders where her story is going, just as we do.
The acting is excellent all the way around, and told in a manner where you really never know what's going on until the very end, and what an ending! It's a surreal film told in a very real manner if that makes any sense. Love the music, which sets the tone of the film.
The lead actress Candace Hilligoss made her film debut here, and to my knowledge only made one other film after Carnival. She is very attractive in an unusual way, and plays her part magnificently. Ms Hilligloss is still among us at the young age of 87.
Herk Harvey's direction is flawless throughout. He also appears as a surreal character who mysteriously pops up throughout the film. A low budget film that shows you don't need expensive productions if you have genius, a vision and know what you're doing.

Great suspense
Made by a Finnish industrial film maker! This is a great suspense film with an unusual punch line. Wonderfully ominous from beginning to end, without any violence at all, it is a surreal masterpiece. Great acting, no plodding monsters, just good solid storytelling.
